4. Booking & Payment
- Sessions must be booked and paid in advance via website or agreed link.
- Payment confirms booking and forms a binding agreement.
Payment terms: Single session paid in full, Sequence of sessions paid in full, Annual retainer paid in full upfront.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Reasonable notice requested for rescheduling.
- Missed sessions without notice may be treated as used.

1. About Jelly & Co. and Wealth Three Sixty
Wealth Three Sixty is a service provided by Jelly & Company, a partnership between Elise Beattie and Justin Brownlee. It is a service title only, not a separate trading style. Jelly & Company is not FCA regulated for this service. Where regulated advice is required, clients may seek it directly or follow signposted specialists — no obligation to use them.
2. Nature of the Service
We provide education, clarity, strategic thinking, and coordination. We do not provide regulated advice, product recommendations, or make decisions on your behalf. Clients remain responsible for all decisions.
3. Services Covered
Applies to all standard Wealth Three Sixty services:
- Single Session – Financial Clarity Consultation
- Sequence of Sessions – Financial Goals & Project Support
- Annual Retainer – Holistic Financial Wellness & Strategic Oversight
Bespoke agreements may be negotiated separately in writing.

- Summaries or visual overviews are personal reference only.
- They do not constitute regulated advice.
- Intellectual property remains with Jelly & Company.
7. Responsibility & Liability
We provide strategic insight and education only. We accept no responsibility for client decisions, actions, or third-party outcomes. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy Notice
We collect only your name and contact details for arranging and delivering sessions. We do not send marketing and do not share data with third parties, unless specifically requested for signposting and contact. Your rights: access, correction, or deletion via website contact.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential unless legally required to disclose.
10. Changes & Governing Law
- We may update these Terms; the version at booking applies.
- Governed by England and Wales law.
